8. ANSVARSBEGRÄNSNING

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

2.1 Eligibility To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • Not be prohibited by law from using the Service.

  • Not have been convicted of a sexual offense or a crime of violence.

  • Not have been previously suspended from the Service by us.

2.2 Account Responsibility You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

  • Right to Edit: If you are dissatisfied with the AI's presentation, your sole remedy is to edit your responses within the application to guide the AI toward a more accurate representation.

  • No Liability: eve AI AB is not responsible for any misinterpretations, inaccuracies, or stylistic choices made by the AI. By maintaining the AI-generated content on your profile, you accept it as your representation.

3.2 Beta Status You acknowledge that the Service is currently in a "Beta" stage. The Service may contain bugs or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee specific uptime or results during this phase.

4. CONTENT AND DATA USAGE

4.1 License and AI Training By using the Service, you grant Eve a license to use your content to operate the Service. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS (EVE+)

5.1 eve+ We offer a premium service called "eve+." By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated within the app.

5.2 Pricing The price for eve+ is currently:

  • 149 SEK per week

  • 99 SEK per week

Prices include VAT. The applicable price will be displayed at the time of purchase within the application. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the future, which will be communicated in advance.

5.3 Payment and Renewal Payment is processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Third-Party Platforms").

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every week (7 days) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Payment will be charged to your account on the Third-Party Platform upon confirmation of purchase.

5.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings of your Third-Party Platform. You will retain access to eve+ until the end of the current paid period.

  • By starting to use the premium content in eve+ immediately after purchase, you consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) thereby expires.

6.1 Risk Assumption Eve does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You interact with other users at your own risk. Always meet in public places and trust your instincts.

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, are reported for inappropriate behavior, or are deemed to be a false profile or bot. In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, no refunds for remaining subscription time will be issued.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by Swedish law:

  • The Service is provided "as is."

  • eve AI AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed 10,000 SEK or the amount you have paid to Eve during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.
